The ABA Commission on Domestic Violence annouces the release of a tool for attorneys to screen for domestic violence. Intended for use by ALL attorneys who provide individual representation, the tool contains suggested questions to integrate into interview questions, as well as guidance on how attorneys can provide support and resources to their clients who are victims of domestic violence.
